CLINSIFY is an artificial intelligence-driven clinical decision-support and educational tool. CLINSIFY IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND DOES NOT PRACTICE MEDICINE. The responses generated by the platform or SDK are intended strictly for clinical informational guidance, educational advisory, and preliminary triage. They do not constitute formal medical diagnosis, individualized treatment plans, or prescription authorisations. In any medical emergency, users must immediately contact emergency services (119 in Indonesia) or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room.
By creating an account, accessing our web interface, generating API keys, or integrating the Clinsify SDK into any application, website, or Hospital Information System (SIMRS), you ("Customer", "Developer", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
CLINSIFY is explicitly designed and constrained to clinical, medical, and pharmacological inquiry. You agree NOT to use or prompt the service for non-medical domains, nor attempt to jailbreak or bypass clinical safety guardrails.
Subject to these terms and active account standing, Clinsify grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Clinsify SDK and REST API endpoints strictly to integrate conversational medical assistance into Customer applications.
Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API Keys and for all traffic originating from authorized credentials.
A single session begins when a user initiates a medical consultation dialogue and covers multi-turn conversational exchanges on that topic. No per-token LLM charges apply. Pre-paid balance credits do not expire.
We comply with Indonesian Personal Data Protection (UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi / UU PDP) and international healthcare data security standards. Clinsify recommends and supports passing anonymous patient identifiers (`anonymousId`) to ensure Protected Health Information (PHI) is decoupled from conversation payloads.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLINSIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR HEALTH-RELATED DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE INTERPRETATION, MISUSE, OR RELIANCE UPON AI-GENERATED MEDICAL OUTPUTS BY CLINICIANS OR PATIENTS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through amicable consensus, or through the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
